Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and access

Access is limited to authorized @sotatek.com Google Workspace accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account and your personal API key secure.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the App for legitimate work purposes only.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not upload confidential information you are not authorized to share — content is sent to third-party AI providers for processing.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.

3. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information independently. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated output.

4. Google Drive

When you choose to attach a file from Google Drive, the App accesses only the specific file you select, solely to include its content in your chat. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Availability and warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It may be modified or discontinued at any time. Usage may be subject to budget limits set by the AI gateway.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SotaTek is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
